This one is probably the most similar to the phone I lost. It is the slimmest phone by far at less than 1cm in width. It as Walkman branding instead of Cybershot, so focuses primarily on the Walkman software, which is in its second version.

Although pictured silver, I would opt to get the all black version.

It’s what I’m used to, so that’s a bonus.

It comes with a 1GB Memory Stick Micro as standard, which is definitely handy.

Lacks on the camera side - only 2MP, no flash (light instead).

Does not use a joystick! A big personal plus.

Unfortunately at the time of writing this, mobiles.co.uk is out of stock. However their website does state that it is unusual to be without for more than a week or so, and if this model were discontinued, it is likely it would state this as it does on other handsets. The offer is not quite as good as others at only 15 months from 18 at half-price, which works out at £52.50 more across the term, but is still a good deal.

Put it this way… at my current rate, £20 a month across 18 months totals £360. 15 months at £17.50 + 3 months at £35 totals £367.50. Not much in it pricewise and it does include a (slightly) better phone, with good resale value (assuming I don’t lose this one too!).
